Come join us for a 315 on A resident's only class and social event at MYSTRYDE! Come with your spouse, partner or roomie! In this hour long class you will switch between cardio bursts on the treadmill and strength exercises on the floor. No matter your fitness level or pace, this class is designed for everyone. We work on an effort based scale so you're guaranteed to leave sweaty and stronger. After this class we will have refreshments in the lobby so you can shop, mingle, stretch and enjoy refreshments.
