Night Audit OVER NIGHT 11p-7a Tuesday-Saturday Pay is DOE: $11-13.50 an hr.
This position is for a Customer Service Representative to work at our front desk over night Tuesday-Saturday.
If you do not have open availability and cannot work over night shifts please do not apply.
Reports directly to the Operations and General Managers.
SUMMARY: Responsible for front desk operations of the hotel. Maintain safety of guests and maintain front office records and daily operations. Handle the requests and transactions of the hotel guests, and coordinate with the other departments as necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Take, modify, or cancel guest reservations as necessary, input in reservation system for inventory accuracy 2. Check guest in/out, verify departure dates and offer future reservations 3. Administer guest payment policies 4. Responsible for shift cash transactions 5. Responsible for knowing hotel emergency procedures 6. Notify General Manager in a timely manner of any "out of the ordinary" activity or emergencies 7. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest special requests 8. Notify Housekeeping and/or Maintenance of any problems with guest suites or grounds 9. Maintain walking patrol of interior corridors; respond accordingly to issues of guest safety or security 10. Handle hotel phone system and transfer calls. Take messages for guests, as well as hotel staff, when necessary 11. Update room status as Housekeeping notifies the desk of changes 12. Read and communicate through the Logbook daily 13. Carry out any reasonable request by management that I am capable of performing 14. Must be available to work varying shifts throughout the week 15. Must have a fun and out-going personality. 16. Customer Service Oriented.
