A winemaker dinner featuring Cristom wine paired with a special three-course menu
Cristom Vineyards was established by visionary founder, Paul Gerrie, and his wife Eileen, in 1992, who possess a deep-rooted respect for the land, the natural winemaking process, and pinot noir. Now, more than 25 years later, second-generation winegrower and owner Tom Gerrie and winemaker Steve Doerner are continuing the tradition.
The four estate pinot noir vineyards - Eileen, Jessie, Louise, and Marjorie, named for Gerrie family matriarchs - each possess natural variances in soil, elevation, and exposition. With minimal intervention during the winemaking process, Tom, Steve, and the team strive to craft wines that are an honest recording of both the vineyard and the vintage. The wines are recognized globally as a leading producer in Willamette Valley.
We are delighted to host Cristom winemaker, Steve Doerner, with a curated selection of their wines, which will be paired alongside a special menu crafted by Chef Michael Kapetanakis. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to purchase wine at retail pricing.
