Bozeman Lodge, Senior Care Community with Independent and Assisted Living, is seeking a maintenance director and a maintenance assistant to oversee the property and perform repairs and general maintenance work throughout the community. Brighten the lives of others by joining our team in our Maintenance Department helping seniors live in a safe and beautiful space. The Maintenance Director maintains equipment, grounds, inside and outside of community buildings in order to provide a safe and esthetically pleasing environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least 1-year work experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, contracting, heating, ventilation, and A/C systems is required. Training and or work experience in medical maintenance helpful; especially procedures in the use of chemicals and infection control. Full-time positions come with competitive pay and benefits. The position is responsible for routine maintenance, turning apartments and refurbishing vacant units, general maintenance to include exterior and interior maintenance of the entire property. In addition conduct preventative maintenance, respond to requests for repairs from residents, staff, and managers. Must enjoy working with the elderly as well as be able to deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, management, and the general public. Maintain community and grounds in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment. Maintain interior and exterior of buildings, equipment, and grounds to keep clean, operational, and safe for residents, guests, and employees. Respond to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
