Band Beyond Description Crazy Horse Presents 21+ Band Beyond Description crystallizes the timeless Grateful Dead songbook into fresh formations within the caverns of our souls. The Third Thursday tradition returned last month and you just had to be there to understand how euphoric it truly was. Love for the Grateful Dead runs so deep in this community and Band Beyond Description consistently fills that cup over the brim. A magical alchemy is triggered when these songs reverberate within the hallowed walls of the Crazy Horse. Jonny Mojo (guitar/vocals) and Gary Campus (drums) are the ringmasters at the center of this sacred community pow wow. They are joined by some of the hottest players from the region to crystallize the timeless songbook into fresh formations within the caverns of our souls. This month we welcome a unique configuration of players including ultra-adventurous guitarist/vocalist Brian Curtin and the funky, jazzy bass stylings of the gentle giant known as Dom. Rounding out the lineup is keyboardist/vocalist Scott Foreman of No Simple Highway. His breathtaking vocal range and intimate understanding of the material across the eras opens up unlimited possibilities. Please arrive on time if possible.
