Store & Service Manager Trainee: This is an entry-level position for a 75+ year old family owned, sales and service business. Four Primary Responsibilities: 1. Office Management 2. Customer service. 3. Pressure Washer Service and Repair 4. Chemical prep and packaging - A People Person: warm and personable, comfortable handling walk-in customers and phone sales and orders. - A Computer Capable Person: an ability to learn our and our vendors online systems. - An Office Professional: ability to learn credit card processing, ordering inventory, preparing handwritten invoices, answering the phone and calling on customers for preparing efficient delivery routes. - Mechanical Aptitude: to learn and become proficient in all facets of pressure washer repair.
