Let's try something new!! Instant inversion therapy, deeper yoga back bends, powerful core and upper body strengthening are just a few things you will get with the trapeze. And relax, this class will cover the basics. You can just sit and swing, and getting upside down is safe and feels so good.
Class size is limited to six people, and a Covid-19 vaccination is required.
