Indeed, in the booming world of craft cider, we find a beverage that combines the history and complexity of wine with the innovative and playful spirit of craft beer, and the Fargo-Moorhead community has the privilege of playing host to a local cidery that truly embodies this exciting movement. Since opening in 2018, Wild Terra has been a source not only of high-quality cider but also an educational resource to those wanting to learn more about this apple-derived concoction. Join Ethan, cider maker extraordinaire, as he guides you through the history, production, and enjoyment of cider. In this class you will taste Wild Terra ciders that run a broad gamut in flavors and style while learning from the people who make them. COVID-19 Protocols: While we are excited to resume hosting events, we are aware of the risk that remains from COVID-19. Because of this, we are asking that all attendees provide proof of vaccination when they come to the class. The nature of our event makes social distancing and masking impractical, so until advice changes, our classes will be limited to vaccinated customers only. Must be 21+ to attend.
