Not just for fruity drinks, Rhum has a rooted past in American history that spans oceans.....literally. Monday Night Mixology brings the tools and tricks of the professional bar trade to you. Molasses and/or sugar cane juice, fermented, distilled, and enjoyed as both an amazing cocktail ingredient, but also an expression of the country from which it comes. Rum is as varied as whisky and as worthy of appreciation. From agricole to industrial, from cachaca to charanda, come explore the world or rum through cocktails with Michael. Designed to turn everyone from cocktail connoisseur to bar beginner into the ultimate host, our two hour classes walk you through the technical requirements of mixing drinks, with a healthy dose of mixology history and a dash of spirits knowledge. Along the way you will make four full-sized cocktails under the experienced instruction of one of our professional mixologists, and enjoy some light snacks and a bit of conversation in a gorgeous bar.  *At this time, we are requiring proof of vaccination for all attendees upon arrival, thank you for your understanding* FAQs   Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Our classes are 21 and over and an photo ID is required.   What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? We strongly suggest not driving, but the 7 bus and the N train are great alternatives.     How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Your ticket is non-refundable but you may transfer it to another class with 72 hours notice to the organizer.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, just your photo ID.   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, provided you contact the organizer 24 hours in advance and the person to whom you transfer your ticket is 21 or older and has a valid photo ID.   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
