Please fill out this form before attending our FECDB 2021 Youth Retreat, Remeet! 1) Please plan to arrive at 5:00PM to check in. Your temperature will be taken by a touchless thermometer and you will be asked if you have any symptoms. 2) PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS EACH DAY: - Bible + Pen/Pencil - Chair - Blanket - Waterbottle! - [SATURDAY ONLY] Please make sure you bring a change of clothes//wear a dark shirt! Please also bring sandals (e.g. flipflops you wouldn't mind getting wet!) 3) Masks and physical distancing are required at all times. 4) We know the weather will be hot hot hot! We encourage you to wear clothes that help you stay cool (shorts, t-shirt), but please wear church-appropriate outfits! :)
