Description

Come join us as we open our hearts through group drumming and the plant medicine of cacao in sacred space. Be sure to bring your drum or rattle, yoga mat, pillow and water bottle as we'll be experiencing a sound bath at the end of our time together. We ask that you wear light shades or red clothing for the ceremony- Red to support Root Chakra work that we'll touch upon. Seating is limited- we hope you'll join us! Have a question?
