Help with tree removal or trimming

I am a licensed/insured arborist looking for help with tree trimming and/or removal. Experience preferred, however I may be willing to train the right person in all aspects of arborist work. I am looking for at least one full-time employee (I am in the process of getting payroll, workers' compensation and unemployment benefits in place. I will treat you right and pay you well on a relative basis. Although I am looking for 1-2 full-time employees, I would consider part-time or employee's choice of days/hours worked. If you don't like your current employment situation, pay, working conditions, etc., or simply want a job that offers a future and is not affected by the pandemic (I am considered an essential service provider and can be out working when other jobs are "locked down").
