Join me for the first SUP fitness class of the year!
Class will start at 8:15 (I can't choose that start time on eventbrite) but the gate opens at 8 so feel free to show up then and be ready to go, especially since we will have to pay admission on the way in.
We start class with 30 mins of a bodyweight circuit on the beach then take it on the water with a circuit on the paddleboards for the second half of class!
This class is welcome to all levels and modifications are offered throughout to make it accessible for all abilities!
