Established Property Management company has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, energetic Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. Our ideal candidate has experience in the maintenance field, has certifications and takes pride in their job and is prompt and reliable. They must have the ability to be self-directed, in addition they must work well with other members of the maintenance team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Maintenance duties, repairing plumbing, HVAC, all maintenance duties to maintain an apartment community * Represent the company in a professional manner * Various other duties as assigned Qualifications: *Maintenance experience required *Preferred maintenance certifications such as HVAC Cert * Outstanding customer service skills
