Cider maker Jay Bradish and cheese expert Rachel Klebaur will be on hand to walk you through four different pairings, each with their own delectable panache. Ticket holders please check in at the bar upon arrival. (Please be aware that a minimum number of attendees is needed to hold event) Red Clay Ciderworks became Charlotte's first cidery in July, 2015. Naturally gluten free, our distinct, dry ciders are made right here in Charlotte. Using fresh pressed juice from North Carolina apples ensures a product you can both enjoy and be proud of.
