This meditation class will be a crystal singing bowl SOUND BATH with zazen meditation instruction. This meditation class will be a crystal singing bowl SOUND BATH with zazen meditation instruction. At this time, each 3rd Sunday meditation class of the month will be a SOUND BATH zazen meditation unless otherwise specified. Most seating is on the floor with back supports.
