Kroger Sanitation Technician FULL-TIME $14.42/hr 5500 52nd St, Kenosha, WI 53144 Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility and responsible for trash removal from various areas of the interior and exterior of the plant. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Essential job functions: - Participate in and actively support all plant initiatives - Ensuring trash is removed from operation and support department areas in a timely manner - Organizing and define tasks with minimal supervision - Participating in inspections and zone audits - Operating equipment associated with the trash removal - Operating material handling equipment - Cleaning in a proper and timely manner to ensure safe, quality products - Cleaning facility structures including racking, windows, walls, and floors - Cleaning exterior of the plant and grounds - Completing miscellaneous master sanitation tasks - Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements - Supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems - Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles - Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Schedule - Shift start: 8:00PM or 9:00PM or 10:00PM - Shift length: 8 - 10 hours - Days: Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, some weekends required Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Previous manufacturing experience preferred - Basic computer knowledge and skills - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs About Kroger The Kroger Co. is one of the world's largest grocery retailers.
