I have a nice house in Hamilton, MT. that I am working on. The living area of the house is NOT being worked on and offers a very comfortable place to live. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Kitchen, LR and Dining. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped. The work involves painting, simple carpentery and other tasks that do not require extensive experience. Flexible hours. Full-time or part-time. (20 - 40 hours/week) I can pay for all hours over and above those applied to rent at a fair scale. Owner is low-key male, 50's, very happy to be in MT. Lives there about 50% of the time. Serious inquiries only please. Must be diligent, hard worker. Pets OK. Children OK. No commitments as to continued housing after 9/30/2020, but a longer stay may be possible. Men or women. Young or old. This may work well for a couple. No drama. I am posting this in Gigs rather than in Housing because getting the work done is much more important than getting rent. This would work great for someone in transition or someone just wanting to have a great summer in the Bitterroot. I have vehicles available if that is a factor.
