A Hurricane Expo to help residents and businesses prepare for a predictably busy hurricane season will be held on Tuesday, July 13 from 5-8pm inside TECO Hall at the Oldsmar Public Library.
6-7pm will feature a presentation by Mike Boylan (Mike's Weather Page) followed by a discussion panel featuring industry professionals from banking, insurance, and mitigation.
Pinellas County Emergency Management, Pinellas County Animal Services, and City Staff will be on-site to provide assistance for ALERT Pinellas registration, Evacuation Zone, Flood Zone, FEMA Flood Maps, and other resources to help attendees prepare.
Raffle prize of three loaded Hurricane Kits will be offered.
