Cement Piers for Pergola legs

Hello, We are looking for someone to dig and set the cement piers for a pergola/patio (toja grid) to code for Vallejo. The job would be to dig the holes, (clay soil-rocks) and set the tubes, add the quick crete and level off so that a pergola leg can be attached into the cement at ground level. You should have your own tools. Four holes, four piers. We will pull permits for this job and provide materials, but you'll need to have your own tools.
