1 year of Shift Lead/Barista Supervisor/ Lead Barista role Barista Coffee knowledge, latte art is a plus! Shift Leader will supervise a team of 5-7 per shift Supervise team members and Kitchen staff Responsible for ordering and maintaining an adequate supply of food/beverage items and verifying the quantity and quality of received products. Shift Leader will train department staff to perform work in line with company standards. Shift Leader will give immediate feedback to department employees regarding examples of positive and negative performance. Shift Leader/Lead Barista will defer disciplinary action for policy violations to the direct supervisor.
