POSITION SUMMARY: The position of Industrial Custodian at Kalman Manufacturing, a precision CNC machine shop, is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and CNC machine tools, inside and out. As a member of the facilities team, the industrial custodian will perform daily preventative maintenance of machine tools and their cleaning, ensure the manufacturing floor and exterior areas of the facility are clean and safe for the production staff, support facilities management with shop floor organization, and help the facilities maintenance technicians with CNC machine tool repair when appropriate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • High School Graduate or GED equivalent • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity with basic tools and equipment • Ability to use typical equipment for cleaning a facility • Communicate verbally and in writing with the facilities team • Lift 50 lbs.
