Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Operations Coordinator/General Laborer will work on all aspects of the Christmas in the Park walk through and drive through events.
Duties:
• Assist with prep, set-up, managing and tear-down of CITP events.
• Supervise seasonal staff, volunteers and community service workers as needed.
• Assist with special events.
• Maintain existing elements for Christmas in the Park that include animated displays, décor, and interactive features of the events.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player with the ability to multitask.

• The ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate using the English language.
• Experience and working knowledge of construction equipment and tools including but not limited to forklifts, boom lifts, hand tools, etc.
The Operations Coordinator/General Laborer for Christmas in the Park is an hourly full-time position located in San Jose, California. The position includes partial medical benefits, an IRA matching program and vacation time.
