Missing 20 lb Tuxedo Cat-7 toes on Front Paws

Missing a male tuxedo cat of 13 years and about 20 lbs. Has 7 toes on front paws and cloudy right eye. Last saw him at about 5:45am, Tuesday 6/29/21 on Millar Ave, Santa Clara 95051, His name is Daly, is a big pudgy cat. He went missing a few years ago and turned up 4 days later; may have gotten shut in someone's garage or fenced back yard. He is unable to jump up and climb over a fence. Is fixed and chipped.
