Does anyone in the area, Dolores Ave cross street Santa Rosa, hear this weird "ahhhhh" sound? From a distance it sounds like yelling, someone going "aaahhhh!" At first I thought it was a bird, I notice it often in the mornings and at dusk. Now I think it is some kid with tourette's. What the heck is it?
