(Refer a friend! Successful host family referrals receive a $100 reward.)Hosting is so much more than providing a bedroom to a student. Hosting is a life-changing experience for you and your family. Experience the benefits of learning a new culture while sharing and representing your own, opening your heart and home to an international student, and guiding a new life-long friend and family member as they are introduced to American ideals and philosophy.Hosting family is required to provide: A private bedroom, three meals per day, Transportation to and from School. Families must live within 25 minutes driving near school and must be interested in making a positive impact on the life of an international student. Host families will receive a monthly stipend and have access to ongoing support from a local coordinator who can help with meeting the student upon arrival, keeping you connected to the school community and etc.
