Ultimate Swim&Dive clinic for swimmers and divers at a legendary La Salle's Kirk Pool under guidance of Swim and Dive coaching staff. Swim and Dive two-day Swim Clinic will offer a comprehensive technical instruction for all four swim strokes. At the end of each day, we will run through turns and breakouts in the strokes of the day. July 20 - Freestyle and Backstroke July 21 - Breaststroke and Butterfly Clinic will be run by La Salle Swim and Dive coaching staff, Sasha Malanina and Billy Gordon, combined with more than two decades of competitive coaching. Daily Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - Check-in/changing time 9:00 a.m. - Introduction 9:30 a.m. - Basics of dryland warmup 9:45 a.m. - Select stroke #1 10:45 a.m. - Snack/Water Break 11:15 a.m. - Select stroke #2 12:00 p.m. - End of day Cost and Payment Options: Option 1: Day 1 or Day 2 - $69 Option 2: Day 1 AND Day 2 - $110 Please register via eventbrite for Option 2. La Salle Athletics COVID policy: Applies to all participants. Each participant is responsible for providing a negative PCR test result taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to the start of the camp. All participants will be asked to wear a mask inside the facility unless swimming or eating. Cost: $69 for one day, $110 for both days Open to ages 7-17 Location: La Salle University Kirk Pool Equipment: swim suit, cap, goggles, towel, dryland clothes, water bottle, mask All Strokes Clinic is open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. Registration Information: Upon check-in, Official registration form, Photograph and Publicity Release, COVID Waiver, and a Medical Release form must be filled out. Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to the first day of the clinic session in which the participant was originally enrolled. No refunds for any reason (i.e. injury, illness) will be given once a participant is on campus. There is a $30 administrative fee in case of cancellation regardless of a reason. Drop off and Pick Up: All participants are required to sign in at check-in and sign out prior to leaving each day. Participants must be signed in by the person dropping them off and signed out by an authorized person listed on the registration form.
