Fitness over Fitnah Come one call all. Ladies only workout session. Anytime you step in to Yardout it’s all Sweat no tears and fighting over average. Hard is undefeated, so you will get a good push and a great workout. Let’s get a Savvy body. This class religion based but you do not have to be Muslim to attend. Out of respect for the sisters, there will be no music, no men, no pictures/videos. Prayer time is given to those that needed. We Fitnah get fit.
