In my ChildCare home, I have openings for infants and toddlers. I base my rates on the hours and days your child will be in childcare, which allows me to help you maintain a balance of what rates and charges are. (A suggestion: if dad drops off later in the morning, which allows mom to get to work earlier, then in the afternoon, mom’s leave work earlier and pick up the baby which means that the child is in less hours of child care.) I am a California State Licensed Daycare Provider for over 35 years, and this Pandemic has had me re-evaluate procedures for the healthiness and safety of all children. I maintain an environment in helping to fight against virus’ along with environment elements. I sanitize after children leave and/or before children arrive. 1. I have completed the certification procedures to help against Covid-19. I have specific procedures established with CFOC, Caring for Our Children, which provides details for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection. 2. I've purchased an ActivePure Air-Clean System which improves the air quality and reduces over 99% of micro-organisms in the air and surfaces. It includes reducing SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes COVID-19. Continuing this new way of safety for childcare, my goal and determination is to keep all my children and their parents healthy. My home is within 1 mile of access of Hwy 85, with another to Hwy 280, 237, and Hwy 101. I am located off Fremont Avenue and Bernardo Avenue (border of the Cities of Mt. View and Sunnyvale). When contacting me, a few questions that will determine your rate will be: A. The days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday? B. The hours needed: include ½ hr prior to work and ½ hr. after work? C. Do you want to bring your diapers and wipes? Or have me provide them? D. Do you want to bring food, inc. milk, snacks, lunch? Or have me provide them? Our days vary since of the ages of the children. I like to incorporate walks in the neighborhood to help children explore and learn from the outside. Also beginning September, I begin an alphabet learning program. It consists of art projects, books, puzzles and I spy games. I create games and learning crafts to help children grow educationally, academically, and provide hand/eye coordination. I have a big supply of books, puzzles, and toys to keep your little one busy throughout the day. I have provided care for teacher’s children and I offer my help by reducing the rate to allow them to have more time with their children. Being a provider for a variety of teachers, I help by offering my services to be reducing their days/hours and their rates during the summertime. This allows parents to have more time with their children but also continues to have the children acclamated to me and the other children, which also allows them to continue to be on a routine, which makes the transition back into the school year schedule a less difficult one for both parents and children.
