We're seeking a part-time maintenance manager to help run our residential and Airbnb properties in Seattle. It's expected you'll be available 1-2 days per week to determine proper fixes to both repair and preventive maintenance. It's also expected you'll be able to handle the minor repairs, while more major work items will be handled by either our general labor crew (which you'll manage) or a specialist (i.e. plumber / electrician). This is definitely a part-time gig as I expect hours will be around 5 hours per week. The best candidates will have extensive experience with a variety of home repair and construction tasks. You'll need to be able to pass a background check and be legally authorized to work.
