Everyone is welcome. This is a Vinyasa flow class with a focus on strength and stability in hips and shoulders. Julie Brown is NASM Certified Personal trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) and is prepared to assist you with your practice and hold space for your goals.
