We are looking for the right person to join our team! We are AM Cleaning Service, LLC and we clean for both South King and Pierce Counties. We are currently hiring for a move in/ move out cleaning Teammate. Additionally, we also have opportunities with our commercial and residential cleaning. If you have cleaned homes or rentals after they are empty, and you enjoy the work then we might be the right fit for you. Physical Requirements This is a physical job you must be able to: lift up to 60lbs, bend and twist, scrub bathrooms, scrub kitchens, use a stepstool, climb stairs, vacuum, mop, wash walls, sweep, dust, work around dust, clean windows, can work around various cleaning chemicals, working inside and outside, taking out trash, and other duties. Personal Requirements We are looking for a Teammate who is: Self-motivated, reliable, good work ethic, team orientated, can work independently as well, can multi task, has an eye for detail, will go the extra mile, and has a positive attitude. Other Requirements Previous paid cleaning position, transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, cell phone, email, ability to dedicate 20+ hours per week, speak and read English, pass background check, must be bondable, pass drug testing, E-verifiable, excellent references, work with limited supervision, and has an eye for detail. Compensation We are looking for teammates with experience who has previously held a paid cleaning position. We pay $16 an hour. What we offer: Very flexible hours (you choose days/ hours available), uniform shirts provided, all equipment provided, all cleaners provided, daytime and evening hours available, part-time 10-30 hours a week, hours available 7 days a week, and we have paid training.
