Need handy man, carpenter, general contractor, (Seattle) compensation: To be determined based on experience employment type: contract Looking for 1 or 2 handy man that has experience with tiles, basic plumbing and electrical work, paying attention to details, reliable, and flexible. Must have reliable transportation. Truck, work van and tools preferably. Must be committed for a minimum of 3 months work. Working hours 9am-6pm including Saturdays if needed. Is able to work right away. Strong communication including written follow-up and verbal ability to explain solutions to resident issues. • Ability to multitask including prioritizing work orders. • Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergency calls on occasion Pay is up to $35/hour based on factors listed above.
