Lost Golden Doodle - Help Please

Our much loved golden doodle puppy, Louie, escaped his harness in Downtown Seattle on 6/29. He was last seen near Central Library. Update: A man at the bus stop at the Spring Street and 4th Ave. intersection (near Hotel Monaco and the Central Library) was able to grab Louie but apparently put him into a silver SUV that was driven by a woman who indicated she was looking out for Louie and trying to get him out of the busy traffic because he was going to get hit.
