Project Manager/ Estimator for Window and Doors (impact and fire resistance) Benefits: - 1 Week vacation ( 2 weeks vacation after 3 years) - 7 days bank holidays paid - 3 sick days - 401k available on demand - Life Insurance available on demand - English and Spanish language is required. - Experience in the construction industry is required. - Create estimates/proposals on QUICKBOOKS based on cost of labor, materials, equipment and shipping. - Attend walk-in clients requesting quote on windows and doors proposal. - Prioritize estimates based on client importance, competition and bid deadlines. - Maintain pre-bid documentation. - Perform contract reviews to ensure correct scope of work. - Communicate and follow up with clients about their projects. - Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure correct lead time and materials needed for projects.
