Lord Huron Coming To Moody Amphitheater in Austin

AUSTIN, TX — Lord Huron will be making a stop at Austin's Moody Amphitheater this October, officials announced Monday. The popular indie rock band, who is known for hits like "The Night We Met," will perform Saturday, Oct. 23 at the amphitheater at Waterloo Park. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday. The concert announcement comes days after Waterloo Greenway announced the 11-acre park near downtown Austin will officially open to the public on Aug. 14. Unlike other major entertainment venues, parkgoers will be able to picnic, play, or perform on the stage when it is not being used for large-scale concerts produced by its partners at Live Nation Entertainment and C3 Presents, officials said. Lord Huron is one of many scheduled performances residents can expect this fall after the park opens to the public in August. Other performances coming to the theater include Gary Clark Jr., Rebelution, Counting Crows, Sylvan Esso, Quin XCII, Chelsea Cutler, 311, Needtobreathe and Brockhampton.
