The Capitol Area Development Authority, a public agency, is seeking an experienced individual to manage the overall maintenance operation for the agency’s residential and commercial properties. Specific duties: overseeing all phases of maintenance, manage service contracts and contractors, develop major construction and annual budgets, and supervise maintenance staff. Required: 4+ years of increasingly responsible supervisory experience in building and facilities maintenance. Strong knowledge of trades. HS Diploma, BA/BS preferred with major course work in business admin, and specialized training in building and facilities maintenance. Excellent benefits with CalPERS.
