Brawl At Raging Waves Injures 1: Police

YORKVILLE, IL — A group of people are officially banned from Raging Waves Water Park, after a fight broke out on Sunday. Yorkville police said the fight resulted in an injury. Police said the fighting was broken up by water park security when officers arrived just after 5 p.m. Collectively, the two parties involved were a group of 15-20 people, including both adults and children. Police said both parties "provided very little cooperation" with officers. According to police, one child was treated for a minor injury by water park staff, and all involved are no longer allowed at the water park, located at the 4000 block of North Bridge Street. No charges were filed, police said. Yorkville was assisted by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office and Plano Police Department.
