Arco Concrete is seeking a qualified fulltime individual to join the workforce with a primary focus as a welding assistant with the ability to perform yard and shop duties when required. Yard and shop duties are in relation to precast concrete manufacturing. Candidate must be flexible with responsibilities as they may include, but are not limited to: Assist and learn all welding as needed for required manufacturing of precast concrete products. Flexible with tasks. Must be able and willing to assist shop foreman with duties when welding services are not needed. Duties in this regard will vary based on ability, demand, and experience in precast concrete manufacturing. Team player. ARCO is growing rapidly so flexible hours, punctuality, and “can do” attitude will be required. Willingness to learn. Training will be provided. Welding experience a plus.
