Watershed Roofing and Restoration is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Maintenance Tech/QC to join our team. We offer comprehensive roofing services, including maintenance, repair and replacement, for both commercial and residential properties up and down the front range. Construction experience is required. The Commercial Maintenance Tech/QC will be responsible for: • Performing Quality Control inspections, performing water tests, identifying leak sources, creating punch-lists for repairs, and performing immediate roof repairs onsite. • Documenting pictures in Company Cam and creating reports as needed. • Ensuring effective communications with the Watershed team and property managers or maintenance technicians. • Ensuring Quality Control is completed within scope, budget and timeframe. • Maintaining site safety. Must have ability to work independently with little supervision, QC multiple job sites on a regular basis, and use programs such as CompanyCam and Acculynx.
