Cutting quartz for Bathroom seat

I have a piece of quartz i need cut for a bathroom shower seat. You’ll need to cut and smooth it down ad appropriate. The seat is about 2 x 3. You must have your own tools. And need to let me know what materials you need to get the quartz to sit in place once cut. Im also looking to use this dame quartz for a kitchen down the line. So this gig could kead to future work. Must of your own tools. Taking bids.
