Position Description: Responsible for the overall physical maintenance of the property, which includes the cleaning of vacant storage units, kiosk building, driveways, grounds, and bathrooms, assisting customers as required, and communicating effectively with the Facility Manager(s). Position Requirements: - Positive attitude, self-motivated, high energy and willingness to help customers when they require assistance with garage doors, locks, and keys, etc. - Availability to assist customers or help with system issues after hours (in coordination with the Facility Manager). - Basic understanding of building systems, including air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing, roofing, overhead doors, fire alarms, security alarms, and irrigation systems. - Basic understanding of computer systems and programs and be able to communicate via email with the Facility Manager. - Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds and the ability to operate a drill and other small power tools.
