GUTTER CLEANING - ANN ARBOR

Looking for somebody to do gutter cleaning on about 20 to 50 houses this coming week. I am a remodeling contractor with lots of customers who like me to clean their gutters each year. You will need to have your own truck or vehicle and ladder. I have a nice organized list of houses that we do. Most are single story 4/12 roofs. Some are taller and more complicated I pay about $15 for the easy ones and up to $40 for the tall ones. When I do them myself, I can do 5 to 7 easy ones per hour. Not bad $$ for someone who is organized, in good physical condition and can work on the edge of a 4/12 roof. Many houses are very close to each other. I pay promptly......but I do go and spot check the houses to be sure they are actually getting done. Looking for someone drug free and sober who won't scare the owners and neighbors. I will want them done this coming week, July 5 - 9. Again, you must have your own vehicle and ladder and I want somebody who actually has cleaned out a lot of gutters.
