DAVIDSON, NC — Two vehicle break-ins were reported this week on North Harbor Place in Davidson, according to the most recent police blotter. Other crimes reported this week included simple assault, carrying a concealed weapon, assault with a deadly weapon, false pretense and larceny. The Davidson Police Department made no arrests this past week. Davidson police nabbed more than a dozen drivers for expired tags. Officers also wrote 11 tickets for speeding this week, 73 percent of which were issued on Griffith Street.
