TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue responded to a large fire at Temerson & Sons Recycling Monday evening and quickly had the blaze under control. The recycling facility is located at 2664 24th Street in south Tuscaloosa. While no injuries resulted from the fire, which was reported on social media at approximately 6 p.m., a large plume of thick black smoke could be seen for miles around the Tuscaloosa metro into the evening hours.
