We are hiring for seasonal crew members. No experience needed but must have a solid work ethic, work well with others, be patient, show up on time, and be a hard-working self-starter and problem solver. Must be willing to follow directions from a crew leader and ask questions, if necessary. Must be able to get along with co-workers. Must be able to speak and act professionally with customers and at a work site. Work will vary from day to day, so must be able to have flexible hours. A typical day starts at 8 am but sometimes earlier depending on the job. Job Duties -Safely set up and take down equipment such as tents, dance floors, flooring, and stages -Load and unload trucks -Assist with parking and backing up trucks -Handle equipment and rentals carefully -Clean tents and other rental items -Assist with other duties as requested Work Conditions This is a physically demanding position. We work outdoors in all conditions: sun, rain, heat, cold. Frequent heavy lifting of 70+ lbs Must be able to stand and be physically active for long durations of time. May possibly have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene and cleaning solvents.
