$1000 SIGN ON BONUS - $500 paid at the completion of 90 days and $500 after 180 days! *Must be able to train on 1st shift temporarily before moving to 3rd shift* We are currently seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Faribault, MN. Sunday-Thursday work schedule, 8-hour days. 10:00pm - 6:30am. Voluntary OT available and some mandatory during busy seasons (OT is worked on Friday mornings). PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To assemble Northern Tool + Equipment products in a manner that is timely, qualitative, efficient, and safe. To function in a broad capacity in the assembly department using gained knowledge and experience to train and assist other employees.
