Property Management Company needs your help! We own 200 properties and with that much housing inventory, we need quality help with inspections, rental move-outs and turns, and general labor duties. You must have reliable transportation, no criminal history, and basic handyman type skills. Strong smart phone skills with understanding of apps, good customer service skills *Must live with in 10 miles of Nordeast Mpls* Basic tools- Good Attitude, Hammer, screw drivers, wrenches, utility knife, paint rollers/brushes, putty knife, basic demo tools, lawn tools, etc Job description - Property Inspections (Visit all 200 homes each year, complete inspections with photos) -Inspections of properties with late tenants, turn list creation, etc -Must have great customer service skills to be able to deal effectively with tenants, contractors and owners - Turn Work: Lawn cleanup, tenant move out cleanup- move furniture, carpet tear out, job prep, painting, light repairs, Unit cleaning - basically whatever it takes to get the job done and rental ready - General Errands - Occasionally show properties - General labor This is an Independent Contractor 1099 gig- you work for yourself
