Breckenridge Property Management Company Seeking Maintenance Technician. Come join the team at one of Breck's top property management/vacation rental companies! Ski Country Resorts is looking for a full-time, year-round maintenance tech. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits including a generous vacation/PTO package, 401(k) & medical. This position requires only LIGHT maintenance work. Duties include, but are not limited to, trash collection, light bulb changes, part replacements, troubleshooting tv/internet, minor repairs when appropriate and vendor coordination for professional repairs when needed. Key Skills: - Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, collect bags of trash, shovel snow and climb a ladder - Excellent communication & customer service for guest facing interactions - Assisting with office requests and housekeeping as necessary Valid Drivers License required.
