Rehearsals $100 2 hour blocks (must purchase) Advance payment a must Recordings $200 4 hour blocks (must purchase) Advance payment a must If you chose to bring your favorite guitar/bass amp, or any equipment of your own. You can not leave it at the property. Yes I will be in attendance for security and supervisory purposes. No politics allowed. I don't care who you voted for. No food or liquids allowed in the actual studio area. No smoking tobacco or 420. I am a black man that loves every one no matter the race. I'f you have any hint of racism in your heart please look elsewhere. This is my home studio. Wherefore I'm totally secure with allowing others to use for there music adventures. respect it please.....
